LEDARS is a Bangladesh based non-profit organization that is dedicated to promoting sustainable development and improving the lives of marginalized communities. LEDARS has made a significant impact on the lives of thousands of people in Bangladesh, ensuring availability of clean and safe water and a brighter future. LEDARS was awarded the Zayed Sustainability Prize 2023 in Water as the recognition of its efforts to reduce water crisis. LEDARS is calling an expression of interest on “Feasibility Study and Business Plan Development for LEDARS Climate and Adaptation Knowledge Management Center” from competent consultant and consultancy firms.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work for the study of the Knowledge Management Center (KMC) includes but not limited to developing a feasibility study and business plan, evaluating the financial viability and sustainability of the KMC, content development of a digital archive, examining the technological equipment and resources necessary for the KMC, and recommending actionable steps to ensure the successful functioning of the KMC.
